The Atomic Backland Pure is a technical, comfortable and truly lightweight binding for mountaineering, weighing in at just 305 g per piece with the included strap. It is durable and easy to use, thanks to a patented insertion device at the front so that the boot is automatically positioned for insertion. The two climbing aids work separately from the heel tower, so with a simple click you can choose between the 0°, 7° and 13° positions. In terms of performance, the Backland Pure is outstanding, with a wide 40 mm binding for maximum power transmission on wide skis (this also reduces the risk of screws being pulled out). It is compatible with standard ski crampons and has a sole length adjustment of 30 mm.
The binding comes with 3 ‘U-Springs’ for release adjustment. Women (± Din 6), Men (± Din 8) and Experts (± Din 11).
