The Hoka Torrent 3 is an ultra-lightweight and super-breathable women’s trail running shoe, thanks to a revised upper composed of a layer of recycled polyester yarn.

It is also very durable thanks to the TPU insert that protects the foot and maintains the shoe’s shape for longer.

The Torrent 3, then, features low-profile Profly cushioning that keeps the foot closer to the ground and uses a more compact material designed to make the push-off efficient.

Also interesting is the MetaRocker that facilitates and fluidises the transition between heel and toe.

Finally, the sole is made of a non-slip rubber and a 4 mm multi-directional tank to ensure excellent traction even on uneven terrain.
