Toorx Double abdominal wheel is a very useful tool for training your abs, both high and low. It is a different and unusual way to do muscle strengthening and train not only the abdomen but the whole body as in order to do exercises with this tool you must have an excellent hold of the whole body!
Use it with free body and starting from the quadrupedal position slide this wheel forward until the maximum extension of the body. Also challenge your friends and remember that if you start standing it is much more difficult!
During use, however, pay close attention to the position of the back: if you arch your back you run the risk of hurting yourself. You must always have the whole body in tight.
